The typical feature of land use configuration of TOD will be the concentrated land uses and spaces disbursing outward from logistical nodes with higher logistical transportation needs. There should be an area of primary use that surrounds one or multiple logistical nodes on urban transport networks, together with some areas of secondary use enclosed within a defined TOD. The primary use within a TOD that embodies the main function will always be the area where logistical transportation is the most concentrated and needed.
